Where can I start? First I took out a loan for a car with you guys. I just took out a R5000 loan. It was somewhere in June. My pay is being payed in on the 26 th of every month. However my pay only reflect on the 27th. When I was with one of your sales consultants in Beaufort West I did tell him this and whe arranged for the debit order to go of on the 27th. How ever since then every month the debit order tries to go of on the 22th of every month. Then the debit order bounces and then leaving me with a bad name. I visited the local branch 4 times in 2 month to set this right without any luck. I do have prove on my contract that the debit order should go of on the 27th. I have also called the call centre and faxed in my pay slip and bank statements without any luck, Now in December I have received a sms that my debit order with you will go off on the 16th I have called you guys and the consultant PROMISED me that the debit order will go of on the 27th. But here this on the 13th it wanted to go off. and tonight it went off with money in my bank that was there to get my family here that was payed in. Now I got a bad name because of African Bank. You will here of me again in the media!
