WRONG DEBIT ORDER DATE TWICE IN TWO MONTHS

YOU HAVE NOW TWICE DEDUCTED MY DEBIT ORDER ON THE 22ND OF THE MONTH INSTEAD OF THE 27TH AS I REQUESTED.

WHEN YOU DID THIS THE FIRST MONTH MY DEBIT ORDER BOUNCED NOT ONLY MAKING ME LOOK LIKE WITH OUTSURANCE BUT ALSO WITH MY BANK. I PHONED AND THE AGENT ASSURED ME THAT SHE HAS UPDATED THIS FAULTY DATE TO REFLECT THAT MY DEBIT ORDER MUST BE DEDUCTED ON THE 27TH.

THIS IS THE SECOND MONTH IN A ROW!!! AND AGAIN YOU DEDUCTED IT ON THE 22ND MAKING ME LOOK LIKE AGAIN WITH MY BANK AND OUTSURANCE.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHY PEOPLE LIKE ME DONT WANT TO BE FORCED TO PAY BY DEBIT ORDER BECAUSE YOU ARE AND I WILL ACTUALLY PAY THE EFT ONCE MY SALARY GETS PAID OVER ON THE 26TH.

COULD YOU FOR ONCE AND FOR ALL CHANGE MY DETAILS SO THAT MY DEBIT ORDER GETS DEDUCTED ON THE 22ND OF EVERY MONTH.

TIRED OF CALLING AND WASTING MY TIME.
