Debit order WRONG

I am a african bank customer now for a long time! I never had a problem (maybe cause I payed more than I should have in the past) I received an sms from African bank to say thy gona debit on the 13th! I reply via mail that I am only getting payed on the 26th of December, the guy then said they will deduct on the 24th (they could have said 27th but anyhoo) on the 13th they deducted the money, leaving me with NO money! I phoned them all they say is that I must sort it out with MY bank and then they will refund me! The more I am telling them it went off the more they say it did not (I am looking at the statement) so now I don't have money (no food or elect.) They did not do there work no it is MY problem... I phoned like 10times. A call lasting about 20min on MY phone using MY airtime I am ashamed to call myself a african bank customer!
