I got a miss call from the call center by 13:26 20 December 2013 it wasn't even a call the phone just rang once and was dropped. and i also go an sms saying miway will be deduction today. Sms time was 18:21 20 December 2013 and they tried getting money from my account at 20:26 20 December 2013. rejections are not good for ITC so with immediate effect i want you to cancel my policy. we never agreed on you deducting premiums before the agreed date dont know why you guys think you can do what you want. don't call me again and also remove my number from your lists because already removed it from trans Union.
