Changing the agreement of our contract

I got an sms from FNB that they will be deducting my monthly instalment on the 13 of December. The date i signed for on my contract was the 26 of every month. I tried calling the number they provided but the call centre dude was very rude and did not give me his name. Can fnb just stop this nonsense and debit my account on the agreed upon date as per our contract. I don't have to fliipin explain to any body what I need the money for on my account on the 13 December. This is just unnecessary and a waiste of time they should have asked if I want to change the date not just do as they please on my account.
