Fnb worst service i got in years

I wanted to open an business account with them after i had a savings account, they responded with a document myself and my business partner should sign and send back with supporting documents. This i did the 23 April 2013. They only contacted me back this week 22 July 2013, and now they request new documents and supporting documents to be signed because it must not be older then 3 months FTW? Oh and on the one page the date should be put in??? I mean they should contact me back within a week to let me know if something isn't correctly signed.

Why should i deal with this hassle of incompetence of a bank that claims to look after its clients! Oh and phoning me and saying sorry it was someone else's fault still doesn't solve my problem of FNB not opening my account. It is easy if you don't want my business to open an account with FNB then put it writing and ill move all my stuff over to a bank that does not make false promises.
