It was the most horrendous experience I've had to date. There were not enough tellers, myself with my two year old and several very elderly people stood for over an hour in the queue today. It was extremely hot and the tellers looked like they were on holiday.
When I got to the counter, I presented my Smart Card and my proof of ID and requested to draw money from my account. I then signed the slip. I was then declined my money since my signature now differed from what is was almost 10 years ago when I opened my account. I was very upset and demanded to see the Bank Manager, the teller then first refused to call her but I made her do so.
She had a very bad attitude, the so called manager for the day also came sauntering in and didn't even look at me or greet me. I then was able to give them all my information as to what accounts I am holding, could verify my address and all my contact details. They still declined me and then started treating me like a criminal, this was very much uncalled for. They then told me it's not my problem I must go and just stand in the next line and wait and sort it out myself. They also then refused to open the wheelchair access door for me t
