Nompomolelo was in contact with me the whole time to make sure my vehicle was moved FROM the correct location TO the correct location. She contacted the person releasing and receiving my car on my behalf.

Big thank you for the extra effort. My car was towed to a specific dealership but they were unable to sort out my issue so Virgin towed my car with no fuss to the correct dealership.
