On the 3rd of December 2013 I sent all my documentation for a claim on the following email addresses [Email Removed] [Email Removed] . They said I must phone 2 days later to confirm that the documentation was received. On the 11/12/2013 I phoned to follow up and they said it was not on the system and I have to resend it so that they can acknowledge it on their side. Then phone 2 days later to confirm if they have received it. I replied by saying no they must then acknowledge the claim telepathically - which Geovani did. He gave me reference number 494450 and claim number 799957 and said that I have to resend the documentation. On the 12/12/2013 I resend the documentation. On the 20/12/2013 I phoned them to follow up on my claim as it was already 17 days after the first time I sent the documentation. Sorry says the lady (KID) from the Philippines it hasn't been given over to an examiner yet and they havent received the documentation. She gave me ref 498737. She said that I must phone on the 23rd of Dec 2013 to follow up. 7 day Promised pay out turns into a 30 days to acknowledge a received claim it seems... I think they wish you dont follow up - they dont have to pay
