I would like to commend Muzi Masipa for the professional way he managed to retain my account with Virgin money. H convinced me without despising the competition company and he also offered to cancel the competitor's account on my behalf, thereby saving me time and hassle of explaining reasons for cancellation.
This is highly commendable.
Virgin Money should keep people of such callibre.
