I moved my account from ABSA to FNB in the beginning of the year due to poor service from ABSA. I then recently applied for a first bond at FNB and was expecting to wait very long for feedback on the status of my application. I was very surprised and excited when I was contacted within 3 days of my application to confirm that my bond was approved in principle. I was then again notified of the final outcome of my application 2 days later. I find the service provided by Marlin Pillay in particular, very professional and efficient, good work FNB!!!
