Failed to contact me, pending loan application

Good day

I find it unfortunate to write this to you on behalf of myself.

I have had applied for a loan at African bank (Soshanguve plaza) on the 9th February, Signed and completed all necessary documents however the entity that I work for was not listed on your system.

Monday the 11th that was when my documentation was handed over to head office (at least that's what I heard from one consultant) to be captured.

From then when I spoke to her she promised to update me on the progress of my application which she did to a point.

Just found out she is on leave and my application is still pending due to my payslip not been stamped (spoke to a consultant at head office), which she didn't advise.

I am finding it difficult to apprehend that I might have been the least of her priorities based on her failing to fulfil her obligations to me as a client.

I know this is unorthodox but I feel the need to forward the stamped payslip for myself hoping this will be processed duly.

I can't say more than what I said about her professionalism but I am certain that I'm not happy about this.

Hope this is in order.
