First of all... I am far from being a grammar Nazi but dialing is spelt with 1 L and not 2. Above all else, I receive this message on a DAILY basis... sometimes 3 times a day. I don't purchase Airtime or Data but I know, that if I do want it, I will purchase it either online or via my telephone banking app - being reminded of it this often gets a bit much. As petty as what it may seem - since I have managed to ignore it, it's exceptionally annoying. I phoned the help desk earlier today. I went through to Thembi who then put me through to Dawn. Upon asking them to remove my number from this 'spam' list, I was informed that I shall no longer earn eBucks if I deactivate this marketing message. WHAT HAS THIS MARKETING CAMPAIGN GOT TO DO WITH EBUCKS???? First National Bank... your slogan should change to How can we annoy you? rather than help you.
