I had an accident 9 December 2013. I have spoken to several different agents every day, left messages for Thobile to phone back, which she didn't, asked to have her supervisor Suleiman phone me back, which didn't happen, this all to try and get information on my car, when I can expect it back, what's happening etc etc. Today (20 December 2013) I phone to try and get some feedback on my car, I was then informed that my car only went to the panelbeater today. They can't tell me when I will have my car, what to expect or anything. Even though I requested on numerous occasions for someone else to handle my claim, I have been passed back to the incompetent Thobile. I was told that she mailed me today at 12 to tell me my car was received by the panelbeater, which didn't happen. This after she told me (when I eventually got hold of her on Monday) that the car was at the panelbeater on Monday, but they can't confirm anything.
This is TERRIBLE service and the fact that the supervisor is turning a blind eye and not returning my calls, is SHOCKING to say the least.
Where do we escalate? What service are we paying for? What happened to communication with the client?
