In December last year, I noticed that I didn't earn any eBucks for November and after futher investigation, I found that FNB has turned off the Marketing Consent on my profile without my permission, causing me to not earn anymore. So I sent a complaint to them on 11 Dec about it and turned my Marketing Consent back on and I then earned eBucks for December. (Still not resolved)
Today, I checked again and saw that I earned no eBucks for January, again due to Marketing Consent being turned off.
What the is going on over at FNB that they are messing around on my profile, because I specifically never touch the Marketing Consent checkbox because I know that it is a requirement for eBucks. This is now the second time this has happened, causing me to probably loose out in over R1000 by now (Nov Jan) and also affecting my points needed to remain on the high earn status.
This is totally unacceptable. After their pricing structure amendments last year, eBucks is probably one of the few things still keeping me with FNB and now they're even screwing that up.
