BAD BAD BAD Service & Site erro

I purchased an MTN data bundle on the FNB banking site with my Ebucks. I purchased the bundle, recieved the OTP and confirmation of purchase. I then waited 2 hours and did not recieve my data. I called Ebucks who told me to call online banking. When I reached them i spoke to a rude cosultant who proceeded to advise me that i DID NOT purchase the bundle as i didnt have sufficient funds! I explained that i bought airtime after the bundle with my remaining ebucks and then another R30.00 airtime from my cheque account. He proceeded to argue and i eventually just told him to leave it. Really not going to fight over R79.00 with a rude, unhelpful consultant! SO angry, this is not the first complaint!!! Useless!!!
