Transparency on marketing permission and earnings

Could Ebucks please have some transparency regarding how the marketing permissions a client can set affect their Ebucks earnings!

Apparently I have not been earning Ebucks for the last few months as I requested that marketing information not be sent to me. I have no idea where this supposed option to stop "marketing information" AND therefore stop Ebucks earning is. I recall setting a permission on my FNB online banking app to no longer send me information on new products, as I was sick and tired of receiving SMSs every few weeks, practically shoving loans down my throat. Could this be it...? Please don't tell me it is, because I checked this morning and there is NO text or message anywhere near that box that states that you would no longer qualify for Ebucks by changing it.

Have some transparency and clarity, please! I am so annoyed with this situation. The absolute only reason I have stayed with FNB is because I was (apparently) earning Ebucks, and now I don't even have that.
