Waiting more than a week for a response

Just ask me why I want to increase my temp limit on internet banking and I'll gladly tell you. Because you are and I want to transfer my money to another bank. More than a week ago I went into the bank to increase my limit. Today, more than a week later, the limit has still not been raised, even having posted about this problem last week Friday already on. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY LIMIT INCREASED!!! DON'T EVEN BOTHER WITH YOUR GENERIC RESPONSE. I WANT A CALL AND RESOLUTION ASAP.
