Waiting more than a week for a response

Just ask me why I want to increase my temp limit on internet banking and I'll gladly tell you. Because you are and I want to transfer my money to another bank. More than a week ago I went into the bank to increase my limit. Today, more than a week later, the limit has still not been raised, even having posted about this problem last week Friday already on . CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY LIMIT INCREASED!!!! DON'T EVEN BOTHER WITH YOUR GENERIC RESPONSE. I WANT A CALL AND RESOLUTION ASAP.
