I'm so dissapointed with the loan department, i applied for a ;loan so many times at fnb online but it eas declined with no reason. i bank with fnb, i am a client for fnb, i applied for consolidation hoping to get a relief from the debt i have, i was without a job for 2-3 years now therefore i couldnt pay my debts, i'm now permanantly employed i approached fnb for a consolidation which was declined over & over, the reason for my application was to pay off all the debts i had & remain with one instalment, debt consolidation was created for clients with problems, what happens when your own bank that you relay on refuses to help, it is with my dissapointment that you offer people consolidation so that you can help with one instalment that would give clients a relief. but me personally oyu failed me on that note, why advertise consolidation if you cant help a client inneed. i relied on you FNB to help me as your loyal client but you failed me & i'm highly dissapointed.
