I applied for a debt consolidation loan via standard bank credit assist in May 2013. Upto now there is no results. I was informed that there were a lot of applications so thats why there was a delay of which I did accept that. My concern is I am informed two weeks ago that my application is now with a manager who is revieiwing it. Why again is it taking long to be reviewed. I am sure you will agree with me that this is been so long long over due. As per your mail the whole process should take 10 to 15 working days and mine is now almost 2 months. The reason for my application was to see if I can consolidate and manage my debts well so that I will not continue to fall into more and more as i am having challenges paying off all my debts right now. A consolidation will be the best so i can save and be able to manage my finance moving forward.
I would appreciate of this matter could be attended to so that at least I can plan my next move rather than wait and wait for reults which will never come and worst case come with a negative answer. That will cost me a lot since I could hv planned something long back
