African Bank Early DO Gives Client a bad name

I wish to express my dissatisfaction at African Bank strategy to debit my account on erratic dates without my instructions which obviously is giving me a poor record with my bank and African Bank.
The issue is African bank in October 2013 put their debit order early rather than the last day of the month, again on November 2013 and surprisingly on the 17 December 2013, the fact is I have communicated instructions to African Bank that I am a professional Consultant and as such my salary only comes through at the last day of the month, but in December is normally paid in by the 21 December 2013, the consequence of an early debit has resulted in the transactions being sent back by First National Bank for insufficient fund. I further wish to remind the bank of my commitment to stay disciple and ensure monthly payment are met and that my relationship and credit record is maintained with African bank and FNB, I did however ensure payments for the last two months, Please look into resolving this matter. Please note that I will pay off the full balance on the 24 December 2013.
