For the past few months, Standard Bank has been sending me a monthly text message referring me to their Credit Rehabilitation Division, alleging that I had not paid my Home loan. My Home Loans are paid via debit order and they have never bounced, but yet every month, I get the same text. When I call them, they tell me all is ok but the following month the same thing happens. I am unhappy at having to waste my airtime every month on this. It has to be fixed. Today, I was promised that a manager would call me in an hour, and that never happened. I am tired of being treated like a bad payer when it is their systems / people who have no idea what is going on.
