I have an african bank cedit card and I recieved an sms on 5/12/2013 to say that due to pay dated changed in December all debits will go through on the 13/12/2013. I immediatly called through to say that I would like my debit to go of later as I dont get my salary by the 13th. Today (13/12/2013) i get an sms from African bank to say my debit order failed. Its clear that people at african bank do not comprehend english. Who is going to foot the failed debit charges? I am highly at the incompetence of understanding a simple request. Words fail me as I made clear the date I would like to be debited.
