Standard bank going down fast no customer service

Had a burst geyser in september 2012, repaired the geyer a week later. Two months down the line the geyser was leaking damaaged carpet, ceiling, cupboard and contents in cupboard. Established that the geyser was installed by there contractor incorectly. After nearly two months lots of screaming finally damage was repaired. the cupboard people did not receive there money from std bank they were told aathey had paid me. no money in account. Finally established no they did not pay me (I was no longer a). and paid money over to them. They were surposed to pay me for the contents in my cupboard tv, which was stored for my daughter which mymaid and i dropped trying to get it out of the cupboard, plus to vcrs and oather goods which i am not even claiming for. Simon, harry and barry promised to pay me out, now they dont take my calls or return them. Phoned them 6 times today and left messages (15th Jan). Just dont care. Complained about a month ago to complaints said takes 10 working days to get back to me.10 days come and gone. No one knows what they doing there and pass the buck.
