Last week thursday my geyser burst and there was resulting water damage to my home and household contents. I called Standard Bank Home Owner's insurance for the burst geyser and they promptly got a plumber out to replace my geyser the next day. When following up when they are going to fix the resulting damages to my house, I get put through from person to person... and no one can help me...
What is going on Standard Bank... why can you not follow up claims and get them settled!!!???
