2 weeks ago I reported a burst geyser to SB Insurance. Ceilings and carpets were damaged. SB's plumber installed a new geyser but did further damage to the ceiling and also damaged the roof. There seems to be some problem with the contractor they appointed for the repairs & I want to know what is going on.
Today I tried for over an hour to contact SB Insurance. I was cut off 3 times without speaking to anyone, once after holding on for 28 minutes.
I then phoned the "complaints resolution centre" on 0860101101 only to be told that there was no way they could help me. They claim that all they can do is "log a call" after which a "specialist" (I assume that this is a recent 30-percenter with as little motivation as the rest of the staff) will contact me "in 8 to 10 working days".
Not good enough.
I also do not appreciate your call centre staff interrupting me when I am talking to them.
