I am an existing ABSA client and upgraded my cheque account to Platinum. They issued me a new cheque account number and the ABSA debit orders were to be moved to the new account by E Enos. A month later my ABSA personal loan was returned unpaid as it was presented to the old account. Mrs Enos apologized and said she was very busy. This incident has reflected on my credit record and when applying for a home loan has caused a negative credit rating. To make matters worse, I was called yesterday by Wesley from a company called Lucid (0105905617) claiming to be able to assist me with obtaining a better credit rating. Where he got this information is unknown to me at this stage, but I am investigating.
