Cause of bank charges and Negative credit rating

Good day
I have a loan with Capitec that was granted to me on good conduct and a clean credit record, they debit the loan with my other bank Account.
My problem started when i checked my statement, and realise that Capitec is debiting my account on wrong dates and on this dates i dont have money on the account, and its a Negative or bouncing debit that is automatically a negative credit rating.
exep that negative rating its excessive charges on my side that are being caused by Capitec Bank.
