Firstly, I had a debit order against my bank account on the 13th, which was only to e deducted on 27th.
I called the contact centre to request a refund and since Friday last week I have been promised it will be done by the end of the day and to date, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND!!
Everyday I have to call the call centre and hold for half an hour, for everyone to tell me the same story every time but I have not received my refund as yet!
I demand for a manage to call me this time to have this sorted out TODAY!!!
THIS IS PATHETIC!
