I had an RCP loan with Standard Bank and I settled the account over 2 weeks ago. In error I paid the account too much. I called the call centre and asked that the balance be transferred to my access account with Standard Bank. I was told that the waiting period was 5 days. I called last week Friday - past the 5 day waiting period - and I was told the refund was waiting to be approved by a team leader and assured that the refund would be done on Saturday. On Saturday I called the call centre, no refund was done and was again assured that the refund would be done today. Today, so far, no refund has been done either.
