Non payment of pension fund

I am writing on behalf of my Mother, Mrs. Marchioro, who has asked me to help her to get her money!!!
After many e-mails and phone calls, that I am sure that I have now spoken to everybody at MIBFA, but yet I get told in short and sweet that the money has been paid into my Mothers account. The payment for October has never been received at her bank overseas in Italy and the bank have confirmed this, no payment has been received.

Please assist urgently as the funds are the only income for my Mother.
When calling, the phone just rings and no body replies. Then after a few days, I call, the phone gets answered only to be put through to a number that nobody replies.
