Are FNB call centre agents asleep before 9am?

Firstly we spent nearly 30 minutes getting transferred all over before somebody finally started to assist us. However the call centre agent we got hold of must have been some part of an elaborate plan to further aggravate us and ruin our day! He was not very easy to understand but did eventually assist us. The call centre gets directed to Manilla??

The pay pal process is an absolute dog show. The fees and amount of time it costs are absurd. It works so much better overseas??!!? Considering that the 1 founder of Pay Pal is born in SA I don't understand why it so badly here?!? and again - The call centre gets directed to Manilla??

This is the problem when you have an association FNB, you get the stick because I phone your number and am trying to get the money out my account with You FNB but you are not taking any responsibility...

I will never use Pay Pal through FNB again, it is far too much of a headache!
