Unable to assist me to fix my internet Banking

Phoned the FNB Call centre to reset my password after several attempts the call centre agent was unable to assist me as she does not even know the procedure of the banking site.

she gets irritated because i do not understand what she says to me.

worst service incompotent call centre.
