I have purchased R100 electricity on-line for the first time just to experience FNB online purchase! I got home and off course there are 4 digits missing on the 'Token Number' that I have printed. I have contacted the contact centre, who told me that I must phone Eskom!!! Are you mad? The call was then transferred and cut. I called back 5 times and 5 times my calls were cut because the consultants who picked up could not assist me!!! Today I've been cut off 5 times again, which I was now directed to the 087 5750000 and spoke to Gordon, Boitumelo, Precious, David, Nomphundo and I have no idea who else and none of them could assist and all of their calls were cut besides Nomphundo who directed me back to the on-line banking and the more I say I still cannot see the 'Token Number' in full the call was CUT!!! AGAIN!!! 12 times and still I have no idea where I should turn to??? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP!!!
