SARS CALL CENTRE NOT CAPABLE TO ASSIST

Firstly we will like the call centre agent to be capable to assist us if there is a problem, THAT IS NOT THE CASE.Secondly we will also like the call centre agents after 20 min of holding on to speak to an agent, NOT TO BE CUT OFF OR JUST PLACE THE PHONE DOWN.Thirdly we would like the call centre agents to be trained to assist of all kind of problems that can accrue, like in our case the refunds; THE AGENT IS NOT TRAINED TO HANDLE OUR QUERIES.after numeral phone calls, the call centre advised us numeral time it is a manual procedure, whereby we when to Vereeniging and Alberton SARS branches and where the advised me the same, that IT IS NOT A MANUAL PROCESS and have to be done online (so please train the call centre agent to assist all queries they are wasting our time and delaying our transactions) so we did attached all necessary document on the efilling and again after numeral calls they advised me that we must email to [email protected] as we did BUT TIL DATE NO REFUND SINCE MARCH! Kindly supply us with the procedure what must be done and what is the turning around time due to the fact 4 month is according to us is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.WE TRUST AFTER THIS WE WILL RECEIVE FEEdback
