Unacceptable service from Altech Autopage

After today I don't understand the reason why we should have insurance on our cellphones.
I am a loyal PAYING customer with Altech Autopage (with several contracts with insurance) when i contacted the customer service centre for info regarding a claim i was transferred to several agents that could not help me, and was directed to a branch.(What's the use of call centre agents if they can't assist you)

@ the branch the agent told me the whole process takes 6 -8 weeks, which I find totally unacceptable, due to the fact that I should sit without a phone for the above mentioned period. Since there is no tardiness when payment is deducted from my bank account.
Clients contact me on my cell and since Im now with out a phone, my clients can't reach me and Im losing business
