Deducting money BEFORE agreed date!
When I took out my loan (which I now regret every day) it was agreed that the money would be deducted on the last day of every month. This however has NEVER happened regardless of the fact that I have a signed contract which states so.
The date constantly changes. I have tried numerous times to correct this with no avail. I have even gone so far as to request from my HR department that my salary is deposited on another day of the month.
The reason I am now no longer taking this is because I can now not get financing for a new car because my credit record apparently states that for an extended period of time, I have paid you late!!! I am truly now at breaking point. I pride myself in being an excellent customer. I never pay late on any other accounts, or refuse to pay, I never cause trouble or complain but now I HAVE HAD IT.
I am sure I am not the only customer complaining about this. You are truly the bank with the lowest interests and your branch service is not bad. Why do you want to create a bad vibe with your customers? Do you truly just not care about us??? It is so easy. Agree on a date of payment, ANA STICK TO IT!!!
