DEDUCTING MONIES PRIOR TO THE AGREED DEBIT DATE

I have this experience with Capitec that they deduct monies from my account prior the the debit order date. This cause internal problems for me at my bank because when Capitec deduct prior the the agreed date, it reflects negative at my bank.

I can understand that in the perilous economic times that Credit facilities do everything in their power to get their payments, but this must not degrade the client in anyway.

My homeloan has been declined at Absa bank because of the two negative deductions on my internal portfolio and I have no control over Capitec's greed.

Please, Capitec, not all clients default on their accounts. Stick to you agreed payment dates and stop discrediting me and my portfolio at my bank. You have cost my family now a place to rest because of your greediness.
