I have a loan account with Capitec, and on numerous occasions when they phone I inform them that i only getting paid on the last day of the month. They have phone me during last week, which I have informed them again please I only getting paid on the last date of the month, which they reply they will forward the message, i have not skip any payments and i have also signed my contract with them for deducting the amount owing on the last date of the month, but they keep on breaching this contract which they try to deduct money of my account early e.g. the 27th November 2013 and i have not even receive my Salary yet, which reflect bad n my current bank account as insufficient funds. I had the same problem with them last year where they have deducted money in December 2012 on the 15th of the month, which left me not having food on my table or any petrol money for the month during the Xmas season, and I still get paid on the last date of the month from January until December. If they breaching my contract what should I do.?
