HI. I HAVE HAD THE FNB GOLD CHEQUE ACC FOR SOMETIME NOW, I WENT TO THE BANK 2 TIMES AND THEY COULD NOT HELP ME OPEN THE INTERNET ACCOUNT. I WAS TOLD TO ALSO TRY AT HOME OF WHICH I DID SEVERAL TIMES AND STILL WITHOUT SUCCESS, THE ERROR MESSAGE I GET IS THAT I AM ALREADY REGISTERED WHICH IS FALSE AND THE BANK CAN NOT REGISTER ME, CAN CANCEL THAT. I HAVE A CARD I CAN NOT USE FOR INTERNATIONAL ONLINE PURCHASES ETC.
