Bad customer service

I called in numerous time to have my query resolved after my service provider was not getting any joy. The agent (s) did not want me to talk to her manager for my matter to be resolved.

I was placed on hold for more than 3 times and my call was more than 18 minutes without service.

The agent is just all the service with a bad attitude; none of them will get you as a consumer to talk to their supervisor or manager! All of them mention Bongani Mhangwane as their supervisor on duty. He himself has never contacted over three weeks!
