Unsatisfied service on overdraft facility

Last week on wensday I went to Empangeni Rail Access Banking Centre for a request on overdraft limit increase, and the Indian lady that was assisting me put me on the phone and dial 0860123000... the guy was helping me on the phone advice me that his system is not giving him a decision whether it's approving or declining but it referred. then he said I must again on Tuesday.. then I called on Tuesday and the lady was assisting me advise that the person who is dealing with my application is not in and she can not assist me but her system is showing that overdraft was approved but funds are not loaded. Then yesterday I called again at 8:00am the guy who was helping me over the phone advise that funds will be available within an hour. Then I checked after 2 hours but still nothing was on my account. At 13:00pm I called again they said they will load fund after 30min but even now nothing on my account. I'm very unhappy with ur service.
