Capitec Bank
I sattled them but my name is still being dragged

I had a loan with capitec which i struggled to pay and they handed me over i tossed and turned but i managed to find money and pay it in full interests and all that was last year 2012 and they even gave me a confirmation latter to say we don't owe each other anymore

now i check credit bureau says i still owe capitec money and am not paying them, I've lost a Job opportunity because of that i cant buy anything and now my insurance cant fix my car because of that,

I have been to the branch they said they will sort it our, i have called them a million times and I've send an email to request a profile update as they say but still am still waiting no one seem to give a about what i need and its simple just to update my profile and i promise ill never do business with them ever again
