I have a overdraft facility at standard bank. my salary got paid in on the 24th of January. Most of my debits came through but returned unpaid. Upon investigation the bank reduced the overdraft without notifying me. Thus leaving me in the dark with no funds available. Not accusing the bank authorities or any one handling the account... but I need this problems resolved to ensure a good future credit record. I have been to the bank and a three times since this matter started and I don't get any response. Please advise or help with this issue.
