Quick to sell but no where to be found for help!!!

Better help from FNB is like swallowing rocks!
I got a call from fnb yesterday offering me a overdraft facility onto my cheque account, I then approved on it understanding that once I've run out of money then only my overdraft will start showing in a negative amount.
How so ever now when I check my account there is the full overdraft I quality for in my normal account stating as available funds, if I wanted another credit card I would have applied!!
Overdraft should purely be there for the odd debit order or money to help you at the end of the month but now the make 15400.00 available to me to use straight away and the moment my salary gets paid in they will take the full overdraft amount! You not helping me FNB you're giving me more problems!!
I have phone the call centre 7 times!!! And every time someone is directing my call or I choose the option for enquiries my call gets cut! I have been given 3 different numbers to phone and I am not being helped here.
I was planning on making the limit less but I would like to
