So I have my Iphone 4s insured with 24hour mobility cellphone insurance. My phone fell and the entire back of the phone had been cracked, the phone was collected and taken in for repairs. 2 days later my phone was dropped off at my offices, "repaired". In actual fact all they did was use some secondhand part as a replacement, i find that dishonest and pathethic, so why am i paying insurance? The only response I am obtaining is that they are investigating?? What are you investigating? You used old parts, you are dishonest and I want my phone repaired with new parts!!!
