Lost card at the ATM machine

On Friday the 13th December 2013, I went to nearest ATM machine and my card never came back and the machine just froze. I went back to the office to fetch my ID and to Capitec branch at Harrison Street, JHB.

At the reception I found Ashwin who was so kind, helpful and understanding to my stress. He gave me share number to call (086 010 2043) to block the lost card. The service was amazing from the lady who just said is Hlengiwe. At the query desk found Seipati which she gave calming and professional service. Within -15 minutes I received my new card and stress free.

Thank you very much to the people involved and to the company itself. I learned my lesson to be careful always.
