We have a card machine from Capitec, the machine didnt work for a few days and we phoned them to report the problem, they gave us the technicians number to sort it out, we phoned him and he said its not my problem go to telkom, telkom has been here 2 time saying the line is fine, as soon as we plug the machine in the phone is dead and the machine says line not connected, finally he came here with a very rude attitude and fixed it. a few days later the same thing happened and he said i refuse to come to your offices sort it out by your self. I struggled to fix it and got angry phoned capitec and said they must come and remove the machine as im not going to pay for no service.. the same guy came back and collected the card machine, as he walked out the door he shouted at us YOU! This is not professional at all. Sorry capitec but im switching banks...
