I lost my card to another bank's ATM on a sunday when i went to visit my grandmother in the vaal. i called the call center to have them block my card and the call answered within 4 rings and the nice lady whose name i forgot was very nice to me and even gave me directions to the nearest capitec branch and when i got there i was helped by a lady whom i assume is the manager and she and her staff gave me the best service in my entire life. i had a new card within 30mins of losing it.
