Still No Feedback on my query

refer to initial escalation ref number: 379812
I am still waiting for feedback. I have queried all the R4.10 charges made on my account and also this R57 fee that has been charged after i queried the other charges. No one has told me what this is for.
Please provide me with an email address for a manager or executive as my patience is running out. I also went on Hello peter website and complained about this and still no feedback
I am not impressed with this kind of service. I am just one customer, and can only imagine how many other customers go through this, this is a rip off. I sent all the relevant evidence of the charges not being mentioned before, and still no feedback, are you'll waiting for me to give up and forget about this so you can make money off me.
